Observation:
A huge success in my selection is the Kishmish Panna-Cotta. Parental pair Dyuzhina x Kishmish Ratatouille. The seedling has a very large growth force. The vine ripens well and evenly. The huge growth force enables the form to cope with the harvest load perfectly.
The flower is bisexual, pollination is even without peas. In dense conditions of growing seedlings, each shoot laid 1-2 inflorescences per shoot for the second fruiting. The laying of the harvest will increase significantly when planting on its own roots or grafting on a full-fledged vineyard. Kishmish ripened in 2025 on August 23 (in a normal season, readiness should be expected 5 days after Arcadia).
The bunch is beautifully folded, market size, weighing 500-900 g. The berry is bright red, very large for raisins, weighing 6-8 g. The pulp is fleshy and crispy, the skin is not accentuated. The taste has a pleasant varietal fruity shade, inherited from Ratatouille.
In addition to its excellent appearance and taste, Panna Cotta has the second class of seedlessness (there are 1-2 small rudiments in the berry). It also wins in terms of ripening, the readiness of raisins occurs a month earlier than the Nutcracker or Alice. The transportability of the berries is very good. After a downpour (43 mm of precipitation), cracking of the berries was not detected.
